Calibration & Repair

Pressure Calibration:

Dylix Corporation provides calibration services for pressure sensors ranged from 5 inches water column to 100,000 psi on our calibration standards traceable to NIST standards (NIST traceability document available).  Calibration cycles for Dylix pressure sensors, as well as those of our competitors, are set by your quality system but whatever the cycle consider Dylix for fast accurate service.

Repair Services:

Dylix pressure sensors are designed to provide years of trouble free service but when issues arise, Dylix will work with you to get your system back in operation.  We are happy to provide lifetime technical assistance on your Dylix products.  Should your sensor require returning to Dylix we will evaluate the sensor and advise you as to the condition and, if necessary, quote a repair or replacement cost.

Return Material Authorization (RMA):

Prior to returning sensor(s) to Dylix please contact us for a return material authorization number.  This will help us to track your unit as it travels through our system.  Please provide the Model, Serial numbers, and a brief description of the problem.
